George Lund is an international
artist and explores the themes of the city and cultural identity
through his painting and post card series, which have been distributed
worldwide. The nature of his art is in the niaive style, colourful
and engaging. He is a diverse practitioner and explores other artistic
forms of expression, including the embodiment of his 'Funky Chicken'
characterisation, both in performance and as a subject for his paintings.
He is also an accomplished writer and an extension of the themes
considered on identity and the intrinsic proclivities.
