England vs France

Tony Knox , Martine Bubb

Tony Knox work stems from the Notion of how and where we would place a real super hero in our Society. With a comic book narrative and source, the image become familiar and, at the same time, without the association of text, this meaning is open to individual interpretation, addition theame was Big things in Qz based on big thing Tony knox knox traveled throught out Australia over a 4 year period photographing the giant service station that theme such as the giant prawn, big banana.

Martine Bubb a French artist that specializes in the camera obscura and installation work that deals with Space, Bubb uses photography as the central point of her work. Which is situated inside the Camera Obscurer, with the room submerged in darkness now a place being closed up as much as of silence and meditation. Time finds itself stopped, frozen there in. Characteristics, which send us, back to the photograph itself, which “stops” and fixes the light and the shadows. When an opening is made towards the outside by a miniature hole the room becoming “ Camera Obscurer”.
We are in the photographic apparatus like from the other side of the mirror.

A look therefore always peeping in particular when it is a matter of a Keyhole, which open’s onto another “interior”? (Through the looking glass” by Lewis Carroll)
